T&M began his development in the Latin American market in 2011. T&M has been present or will be present in Brazil, Chile, Uruguay, Perú and México, and will be extended later to cover other countries such as, Costa Rica and Colombia.

In Brazil the company’s activities began in May 2011, having participated in the construction of a combined-cycle power plant in Maranhão for Initec, completing a wind farm for Enel Green Power at Morro de Chapéu in the State of Bahía, and it is building another 368-MW wind farm for Renova Energia at Guanambí, in the State of Bahia, in a joint venture other Brazilian companies. T&M currently participates in several bidding processes in Brazil and is prepared to quickly begin construction of new farms in Bahía, Rio Grande do Norte, and Rio Grande do Sul. For this, T&M has the experience and knowledge of many professionals from Spain, with specific equipment for this type of works, with proven efficiency in over 1,000 MW built in Spain.
In Chile we are currently beginning our first set of wind farms in Canela, 300 km far from Santiago de Chile. Two farms totaling over 100 MW which will be delivered to Cobra Energia, one of its most traditional clients. A Photovoltaic Energy project is also being developed in the region of Calama, in the north of Chile, where we participate both in the development and in the construction of solar plants with 150 MW power.
We are currently working in biddings for Endesa in Chile. We have also been working in Uruguay and Peru, in the latter country preparing the market and

anticipating the growing demand and future power supplies to be developed within the next years, counting on local representation for such purpose.
